For this recipe for garlic bread, you won’t need much.
One organic sourdough French bread stick
80 grams of good quality pure butter
Two cloves garlic
½ teaspoon Seagreens Mineral Salt
½ teaspoon Seagreens Culinary Ingredient
How to Make
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Slice bread stick into 3cm thick pieces but only cut three-quarters of the way through so all are still joined at the bottom.
Place butter, garlic, Seagreens Mineral Salt and Culinary Ingredient into a bowl and combine (if you microwave the butter on low for a few seconds, it makes this step more manageable).
Carefully stuff a good teaspoon of the butter mixture between the slices of bread until it's all used. Don't be sparing here, stuff it in! If there's some leftover, spread it on top.
Wrap the bread in alfoil and bake for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how thick your bread is. For extra crunch, open the top for the last 5 minutes.
