  • Two free-range boneless organic chicken thighs

  • Two rashers nitrate-free healthy bacon

  • One large, crushed garlic clove

  • half teaspoon Seagreens Food Granules


How to Make

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cut each thigh and each bacon rasher into three pieces.
Stuff a bit of garlic inside each thigh piece, then wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Sprinkle with Seagreens Food Granules to taste.

Place the bacon ends down on a shallow baking tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
